Power Yoga is Ashtanga/Vinyasa based. Linking breath and movement throughout the class. Be prepared to sweat and move!

Love it GENTLE. You want to feel relaxed, serene, tranquil and peaceful? Then these classes are for you!
Gentle yoga is slow flow. Ebb and flow between postures and sometimes hold the asana for longer. Be prepared to relax and recharge.
